The 180mm OMNIA is currently the largest of the range of wheels, suited to high-duty applications. The vibration levels are notably lower, especially in the lower roller hardnesses.

 

It is effective as a heavy-duty floor wheel, indoors and out, year round, especially with the higher roller hardnesses.

 

For its weight and size, it has high load-bearing capacity thanks to the robust all-polymer construction, which also makes it resistant to impacts and corrosion..

 

It has proven a popular drive wheel in robotic applications with a holonimic drive configurations.

 

If you are looking to convey a substational payload with 360 degrees of flexibility and drive it with three degrees of freedom, the 180mm OMNIA omni-wheel is a great, reliable and effective choice.

 

It is available in three roller hardnesses. Choose from:

60A PU, with good traction and a 100kg load capacity

85A PU, with good traction and a 200kg load capacity
95A PU, with good traction and a 250kg load capacity

 

The 180mm Omnia 2-Row omni-wheel is also available in a formed mount to easily fit onto any substrate to use as a floor or conveyor transfer wheel. Be sure to mount them perpendicular to the intended surface to optimise the ride quality.
