The 50mm OMNIA is a reliable high-duty omni wheel.
 
It is effective as a mid duty floor wheel limited by its smaller roller size from crossing larger undulations directly sideways.
 
However, for its weight and size it has impressive load bearing capacity thanks to the all polymer construction.
 
While used in lightweight robotics and AMR applications it is most widely used in powered and manual conveyor transfer diversion and sortation.
 
It’s all polymer construction makes it exceptionally corrosion resistant and impact resistant. Pound for pound it has an exceptional load carrying capacity.

It is available in four roller hardnesses. Choose from:
57A TPE, with great traction and a 5kg load capacity
60A PU, with good traction and a 15kg load capacity
95A PU, with good traction and a 25kg load capacity
Solid with low traction and a 30kg load capacity
